Let us go through a simple use case. Anders, Benjamin and Carl goes camping. They decide to split all bills and do the accountancy when they go home. Anders pays $45 for the food and $63 the gasoline and Benjamin pays $100 for the lodge. How much should each pay when they split the costs equally? To find out click the add person icon and add the three names. Then click the bill icon to the the right of each name to add the bills they have paid for. Now click the pie chart to find out what each should pay.
In a little more advanced scenario Dennis comes along but a day later. Since he is not there the first day he should not be charged for the food on that day. So we need to make a separate accountancy for that day. That is what the second icon, the sheet icon is for.
If you make a mistake you can enable delete mode and remove sheets, persons and bills from the accountancy.
